Initiate Your Request
Log into your Arezzo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
